Why is Captain America the best?

I’m not going to say it is because he is the most compassionate of all, if you don’t possess the trait you wouldn’t be a super hero after all. But he is definitely the patriot who became one with the purpose to serve and to protect. Born as Steve Rogers, the scrawny teenager who wanted to fight in the World War II was rejected because he was physically weak. Because of his perseverance he became an experimental mouse for “Project: Rebirth”, the success of which was the reincarnated Steve Rogers as Captain America. Together with his side kick aka friend Bucky Barnes fought the enemies and retained peace. He is probably the only super hero who is shy around the edges in matters regarding women which makes him all the more adorable.

Being the most powerful soldier never got to his head. He valued humans and their sentiments and celebrated friendship and love. Man of old times exuding old values that makes him a real Gentleman through and through, a rarity but definitely a pleasure. He is not the one to use tricks, but one who faces enemies and problems head on. One look at him and you know this is a man to trust. He doesn’t play games nor is he player but the one who you can depend on. He makes you believe, demands you follow him without giving orders and it takes only a rare smile to pledge your life for the cause.

Most of all he is the Man, you turn to when the dark arises. He is not named Captain America for nothing, is he?
